Flora has a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Memphis and a MBA from Belhaven University.

She has over 23 years of IT project management and business experience for many fortune 500 companies. She is also the Founder and Chairman of the Board for The Gabbi Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with a mission to make a positive and lasting impact on the future of young girls while influencing the development of leaders of confidence, integrity, humility, and beauty. Spending time with her husband and two daughters, playing the piano, and chatting with friends are just a few ways she enjoys to spend her time when she is not working.
